Sans Matured in 2 new French oak puncheons on lees for a period of 11 months. Brilliant very pale straw colour with distinct highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Refined nose with aromas of nectarine and citrus intermixing with hints of biscuity oak, grapefruit, traces of dried honey and gun flint. Fresh, taut and elegant, the palate is bristling with energetic nectarine, citrus and pear fruits. Also evident is subtle bees wax, roasted almond and infusions of gun flint. Refreshing acidity with a linear finish.Drink over the next 5-6 years.Alc. 12.5%
