Sans Matured in a combination of new and 5 year old barrels for a period of 12 months. Dark red core with black shaded edges and a vibrant red hue. Lifted dark cherry aromas are tied to dried herb, earth and spicy cedar notes. Rich juicy dark cherry and strawberry fruits have an earthy back drop with some vanillin cedar and spice elements also evident. Chewy mouth feel with a sturdy tannin structure.
