Sans The wine was entirely barrelled fermented in French oak barriques (20% new) using indigenous yeast. A short period of lees stirring post ferment adding a textural element to the palate.Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Elevated pear, nectarine and bees was scents are intermeshed with hints of lemon butter, biscuity nougat and delicate ginger notes. The rich, mid weighted palate possesses a creamy texture along with mouth filling flavours of pear, peach and honeysuckle which overlay a crème brulee, brioche and spicy nougat back drop. Good underlying freshness finishing round and full with a distinct honeysuckle character.Drink over the next 4-5 years.Alc. 13.5%
