Sans Semi translucent ruby red colour with a bright crimson red hue. Perfumed scents of violets, red to dark cherries and strawberries escape from the glass followed by hints of anise, forest floor, fresh herbs and spicy cedar notes. Rich, intensely flavoured and possessing an expansive peacocks tail and power wave, the highly moreish palate is supplely decorated with red to dark cherry, strawberry and anise flavours. Infusions of fresh herbs, rhubarb, forest floor and spicy cedar like characters lie underneath.
