Perfumed aromas of violet, dark cherry, strawberry and anise blossom out of the glass trailed by some dried herb, earth and spicy cedar notes. Rich and fleshy textured yet possessing plenty of underlying freshness, the light to medium bodied palate features dark cherry, strawberry and subtle anise flavours. Beneath lie delicate smoky cedar, dried herb and spicy earth accents. Fine grained tannins with a bright savoury finish.Drink over the next 5-6 years.Alc. 13.5%
