Sans Certified organic with ageing taking place in French oak barriques and puncheons for a period of 6 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Ripe peach and apricot aromas ascend from the glass mixing with some bees wax, lemon butter and spice notes along the way. Luscious peach, pear and apricot fruits meld into a bees wax and lemon butter back drop. Finishes with a lick of freshness on the generously fruited aftertaste.Drink over the next 2-3 years.Alc. 13%
