Sans The Hallet family has been farming in Frankland River since 1971, starting with just one hectare each of Cabernet Sauvignon, Riesling, Shiraz, and Malbec. Their 1200-hectare farm now hosts a sustainable vineyard and winery. This medium-dry Riesling, made from estate-grown fruit, was harvested early morning and fermented in stainless steel to retain its freshness.
