Grapes fermented for 10-15 days and then aged on lees for 6-8 months. No malolactic fermentation.Intense notes of white flowers, pears, and citrus fruits on the nose. On the palate, it offers a delightful saltiness, medium body, and a sharp, mouth-watering acidity. It boasts a great length.
