Dry grown, low yielding vineyard situated in the lush Tarwin River valley of South Gippsland, one of Australia’s best Pinot Noir and Chardonnay producing regions. John’s fanatical hands-on, attention to detail approach to winemaking salutes his obsession with traditional methods used by premium winemakers in Burgundy, where he honed his craft over many years.
