Fermentation occurs in amphorae with indigenous yeasts, followed by six months of skin contact ageing in amphorae. Minimal-intervention approach. Aromatic and expressive, this wine offers notes of ripe apricot, orange peel, and wildflowers. The palate is textured and fresh, with layers of stone fruit, a hint of spice, and a vibrant, lingering finish.
