The grapes are hand-picked into 20 kg boxes to protect fruit integrity, with yields of around 140 qq/ha, ensuring concentration and varietal purity. Fermented with native yeasts in concrete at 24â€?6 °C, followed by malolactic with native bacteria. Aged five months in 225 L French oak (third and fourth use) for subtle complexity. Deep purple with aromas of blackberry, plum and spice. Juicy and balanced on the palate, with ripe dark fruit, fine tannins and a smooth oak-kissed finish.
