Machine-harvested from vineyards comprising one-third 15-year-old vines and two-thirds 52-year-old vines. Maximum yield is 60 hL/ha, reached in the 2023 vintage. Natural vinification with no chemical additives. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation and nine months�lees ageing in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. Tangy, fresh citrus notes are beautifully supported by apple and pear aromas.
