Whole-bunch pressed, fermented with native yeasts, then aged on lees in French oak (mostly older barrels) to build texture without heavy oak influence. Citrus, white peach and almond with floral lift and subtle toast. Fresh, mineral and precise with a creamy yet focused finish.
