Sans A blend of 80% Grenache (planted in 1948) and 20% Mourvèdre (planted in 1977) from the lieu-dit Les Souteyrades on the lower terraces of Gigondas. Fermented on skins for 7 weeks before ageing in large old 50 hl foudres for 12 months and is bottled un-fined and unfiltered.
