Sans Made from Malvasia d’Istria and Pinot Bianco grapes. Bright yellow straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of dried apple and pear skin combine with hints of almond and spice. Light and spicy with a rounded mid palate mouth feel, flavours of pear skin, dried apple, traces of honey and almond are evident. Brisk acidity finishing very dry, spicy and quite energetic.Drink over the next year.Alc. 13.5%
