Sans Wild fermented and matured in a mix of 34% new and old French oak barriques for a period of 11 months. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. Nectarine, peach and pear scents fill the nostrils with hints of dried honey, delicate cashew, biscuity nougat and spice also evident. Fleshy pear and nectarine fruits meld into a delicate dried honey, biscuity oak and spice back drop. Mid weighted it finishes with both freshness and elegance.Drink over the next 4-5 years.Alc. 13%
