Grenache Blanc from old vines of 50 years from a single vineyard divided into four terraces facing the sea in Marçà, Montsant DO. Hand-harvested. The grapes are lightly pressed with their stems and transferred to Stockinger Austrian oak foudres of 2,000 litres for fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aged in the same foudres for 7 months. Limited production of 9,024 bottles. Complex nose of red apple, ripe pear, peach, green pineapple with subtle spiciness and grapefruit notes. On the palate, refined with roasted almonds, with a creamy texture yet fresh with stony notes coming through. Saline and citrus long finish.
