Sans Brilliant very pale straw colour with a delicate tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Elevated ripe pear, red apple skin and musk aromas rise out of the glass followed by hints of quince and spice. Fresh pear and green apple fruits intermix with traces of lime and wet stone. Finishes dry with vibrant acidity lending an energetic feel to the elegant finish.Drink over the next 2-3 years.Alc. 13%
