Grapes sourced from six estate-vineyard sites in the Kumeū region, hand-harvested. The cool maritime climate and strict selection deliver vibrant acidity and refined fruit. Whole-bunch pressed, indigenous-yeast fermented in French oak barrels (with no new oak in this vintage) and matured 11 months on lees with 100% malolactic conversion. Lifted aromas of lemon blossom, white peach and subtle flint. On the palate: crisp green apple, brioche and fine minerality give way to a clean, saline finish.
