The cru of Brouilly is the furthest south of the crus and located on granitic with pockets of sandy soils on the foothills of Mont Brouilly. Grapes are hand-harvested. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel vats for a short period. to keep primary fruit profile. Made from 45 year old Gamay vines grown in deep sandy soil at the foot of Mount Brouilly. A deep intense ruby colour revealing aromas of fresh red fruit. The mouth is supple and well supported by silky tannins.
