Hand-harvested. Grapes gently pressed. Fermentation in stainless steel with selected yeasts at controlled temperature. Nine months maturation on own yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Further refined for 6 months in bottle. Expressive aromas of pressed flowers and exotic fruits such as pineapple and guava. The palate is rich and full-bodied from the eight months of lees ageing, which adds complexity and a slight creaminess.
