Sans Sourced from a single vineyard located at Woodside in the Adelaide Hills at relatively low elevation (350 metres), this Nicks Secret Shiraz is a flavour packed bargain at just $12.99. The fruit was fermented in two batches, one batch incorporating whole bunches with the two parcels then matured separately in French oak barriques (35% new). Only the best barrels make the final blend.
