Grapes are hand-harvested. Fermented in stainless steel tanks to maintain freshness and fruit character. A portion of the wine underwent malolactic fermentation, adding a creamy texture, while ageing on lees enhanced complexity. Aged 50% in stainless steel and 50% french oak.Inviting aromas of ripe pear, citrus, and subtle oak. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and balanced, with flavours of apple, stone fruit, and a hint of vanilla. The wine finishes with bright acidity and a lingering mineral note.
