Arneis from a 2-hectare vineyard called ‘Tucci’ in Montà d’Alba at an altitude of 330 metres above sea level. Hand-harvested. Vines are 20 years old, with a yield of 60 hl/ha. Fermentation lasts for 15 days at 16°C. The wine remains on the lees for 9 months, with 80% aged in stainless steel and 20% in terracotta amphorae. It then spends a further 6 months in the bottle. Delicate and complex nose of apricot and citrus fruits with floral scents of chamomile and a touch of honey.
