Generously scented the nose is filled with white peach, dried honey and crème brulee aromas followed by some bacon fat, biscuity nougat and delicate butterscotch notes. On the palate lively acidity underpins fleshy peach, citrus and dried honey flavours. Crème brulee, cashew and spicy nougat characters ensue.
