This wine comes from an exceptional terroir of sand and clay, topped with large flat pebbles that retain the day’s warmth and release it to the vines overnight, promoting optimal ripening. Fermented in temperature-controlled vats with gentle extraction. Aged in large oak foudres and tanks to preserve fruit purity and regional character. Rich and expressive, with aromas of blackberries, cherry, garrigue and liquorice.
