Selection of vineyards along the middle Mosel with vines of varying ages. Partly hand-harvested. The grapes are harvested in September and gently crushed. The juice is fermented for four weeks in stainless steel tanks, then bottled under screwcap to preserve its fresh, youthful character. Aromatic with scents of fresh apricot and peach, perfectly balanced by a dry finish and mineral character.
