A blend of low-yielding Burgundian Pinot Noir clones: 375 (37%), 777 (21%), 115 (21%), 792 (18%), and 292 (3%). The grapes underwent gentle pump-overs twice daily for two weeks, using the traditional technique of pigeage (punchdown). After primary fermentation, the wine was drained off its skins and transferred into French (75%) and American (25%) oak barrels, of which 80% were old and 20% new. Following six months of barrel ageing, the wine was lightly filtered and bottled. Bright red berry fruit, floral notes, and subtle spice on the nose. Silky palate with fine tannins, fresh acidity, and elegant oak integration. A refined and expressive cool-climate Pinot Noir.
