Sans Includes 15% whole bunches with maturation taking place in 3 year old French oak barriques for a period of 7 months. Semi translucent dark red core with black toned edges and a vibrant red hue. Nosing reveals aromas of ripe cherry, red plum and red liquorice trailed by some fresh herb, delicate earth and spicy cedar notes. Light and fresh across the palate with red cherry fruits to the fore. Subtle winter strawberry, fresh herb and delicate spicy earth elements ensue.
