Sans A texturally rich and luscious Pinot Gris.

Crafted from vineyards in the Waihopai & Wairau Valleys, this rich, full bodied Pinot Gris was tank fermented and spent 48 hours on lees to enhance it’s mouth feel. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Drifting through the nostrils with plenty of intensity are aromas of pear, ripe apple and musk followed by hints of honeysuckle and quince. Mouth filling pear and apple fruits are complimented by musk, delicate honeysuckle and spice. Texturally rich and luscious, a lick of brisk acidity lends a dash of freshness to the long supple and juicy conclusion.Drink over the next 1-2 years.Alc. 13%
