Hand-harvested from old vines. Grapes are gently pressed and cold-settled. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel at controlled temperature (19-20°C) without fining or heavy filtration. The wine is bottled early to preserve freshness and varietal expression. Fresh pineapple and grapefruit aromas, distinctly Albillo in character. A smooth and balanced palate with a lightly creamy texture offset by refreshing acidity and a clean citrus-driven finish.
