Grown on slate and limestone soils at elevations above 500 m, the grapes benefit from a Mediterranean climate with Atlantic influence. Vines are hand-harvested in early September into 20kg boxes to preserve fruit integrity and ensure quality. Fermented in stainless steel tanks using likely ambient yeasts, this wine was aged on fine lees for four months to enhance texture and complexity. No oak was used, allowing the purity and freshness of the Godello to shine through. Floral notes of lime blossom and citrus, leading to flavours of fresh apricot and white peach. The palate is pure and mineral-driven, with vibrant acidity and a clean, persistent finish.
