The vineyards lie at 700–800 metres in the mountainous Serra da Estrela sub-region of Dão. Hand-harvested. Fermented with native yeast in concrete. Matured for five months in concrete and stainless steel on fine lees. Salty mineral tones complemented by zesty lime, dried herbs, and a touch of white pepper. Refreshing with a delightful finish.
