A beautiful rosé with aromas of red berry and white flowers. Delicate with some complexity on the palate and a refreshing finish.

Product

North-facing vineyard with an altitude of about 300 metres on limestone scree from the Quartemay and Liocene periods. Vines averaging 50 years old. Very low yield of 20 hl/ha. Hand-harvested. Direct, slow pressing of whole clusters in a pneumatic press. Aged on fine lees in thermo-regulated stainless-steel vats, oak demi-muids, and amphorae for 6 months. Aromas of red berry and white flowers, complex and full on the palate with a refreshing lifted finish.
