The estate spans 15 hectares of vines across four appellations: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru, and Chablis Grand Cru. Christophe and his son Dylan ferment all their wines at cool temperatures using natural yeasts. The resulting wines are pure, crisp, and mineral, with some mid-palate weight.
