Crafted from a selection of old vines from Vidigueira, showcasing the terroir of Alentejo. Hand-harvested. Manually harvested, the grapes were carefully selected on a vibrating sorting table, then destemmed and lightly crushed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at low temperatures over 17 days. Vibrant aromas of mango and tropical fruits. Medium-bodied with a clean refreshing acidity.
