Crafted from a selection of old vines from Vidigueira, showcasing the terroir of Alentejo. Machine-harvested. Grapes were selected in a sorting table, destemmed, and gently crushed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. It was then matured for six months in French oak barrels. This is a well-balanced wine with great purity of raspberry and cherry fruit and a touch of spice. Juicy, elegant and refreshing with soft tannins and well-balanced acidity.
