Machine-harvested. A part of the crop undergoes 10-hour pre-fermentation hot maceration. Heat applied to grape clusters before fermentation liberates anthocyanins. The remainder follows traditional winemaking: 15-day fermentation at 25°C, then blending and bottling. A supple, fruit-forward Merlot with generous dark berry and plum character, a soft, rounded palate and gentle tannins. Approachable and easy-drinking, with a smooth finish and broad appeal.
