Sans Fully barrel fermented with 20% new oak and 100% wild fermented.Brilliant very pale straw colour with a delicate tint of green around the edges and a watery hue. Nectarine and pear aromas intermingle with dried honey, subtle cashew, citrusy nougat and spice notes. Ripe pear and nectarine fruits carry a fleshy textural feel with delicate dried honey, citrus and biscuit elements lying underneath. Nicely rounded it finishes with a lick of fresh acidity.Drink over the next 4-5 years.Alc. 12.5%
