Sans The 2024 vintage was a warm and dry season which produced pristine, high quality Pinot Gris fruit. Approximately 10% of the wine was wild fermented in older oak barrels and 10% wild fermented in tank; this adds complexity and texture to the wine. The remaining juice was fermented using a range of fermentation techniques and yeast strains to enhance the aromatic characters of the wine.Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Intense pear and Jonathan apple aromas fill the nose followed by some musk, subtle honeysuckle and delicate spicy quince notes. Rich, luscious pear and ripe apple fruits infused with musk are delivered with terrific concentration and carry a full, rounded shape. Subtle honeysuckle and quince elements lie underneath. Brisk acidity lends freshness to the long supple and enveloping finish. In a word, delicious.Drink over the next year.Alc. 13%
