Sans Set in the rugged hills of central Sicily’s Caltanissetta province, Lamoresca is the home and passion project of Filippo Rizzo, whose organically farmed vineyards sit on ancient clay-limestone soils at around 450 metres altitude. The wines capture the raw, untamed beauty of inland Sicily, balancing generosity with freshness and a striking sense of place. Rizzo’s thoughtful, low-intervention approach has made Lamoresca one of the island’s most characterful and expressive small estates.
