Rock is a serious rosï¿?more akin to a good white burgundy. Entirely hand crafted by Ch�teau d’Esclans, Rock is partly barrel-fermented to add richness and texture, and made in small quantities. It has magnificent subtle fresh fruit flavours, just the right amount of body and a long fine finish. An exquisite rosï¿?if ever there was one.
