This olive oil is made from Lucques and Picholine olives, carefully selected and hand-picked from an olive grove that is several decades old. Immediately after harvesting, the olives are cold-pressed to best preserve their delicate aromas. The taste is very pleasant, with fruity and slightly peppery notes and a hint of bitterness that enhances the overall flavour. Enjoy it on its own on a piece of bread or to enhance your raw vegetables and dishes.
