At 78 Degrees, one of their preferences is old vine Grenache, which brings notes of raspberry, blueberry, chocolate and tobacco to their contemporary Rosso Vermouth. A generous handful of traditional Torino roots, herbs and spices, stored since the 1960s, add vanilla, spice and a rounded herbal tone.
