A gin with notes of fresh strawberries, locally picked and vacuum distilled to keep their fresh flavour, balanced with juniper citrus notes and subtle Szechuan pepper.

It is lightly sweetened with butterfly pea flower, to also give a gorgeous blue colour, which changes to pink when tonic or lemon juice is added.
