This Umbrian wine from the heart of Italy has an intense ruby red colour. After an opening reminiscent of blackberry, black cherry and violet, powerful aromas of plum, blueberry, vanilla, pink pepper, tobacco, chocolate, cinnamon and mint follow. The aromas are confirmed on the palate. This wine from Adanti Arquata is tannic but balanced by the alcohol, a full body and intense flavours. Overall an elegant and very pleasantly drink. Ideally drunk with savoury dishes and mature cheeses.
