Yarra Yering, the great estate of the Yarra Valley in the state of Victoria in Australia! With a vineyard of more than 50 years, the estate has acquired the know-how to work the vines in this very particular climatic region. With a unique terroir, the estate offers us the Agincourt Cuvée, a blend of 75%Cabernet Sauvignonand the restMalbec . It is richly aromatic, full of candied black fruit and violets. There is a tannic but elegant palate, with lots of fruit, the Malbec brings a nice energy and crispness to the wine. It is drinking very well at the moment and is designed to be accessible in its youth, but will continue to evolve for five years in appropriate cellar conditions.
