A vibrant, terroir-focused Chardonnay from a south-facing, limestone-rich 5 ha plot in Auxey-Duresses. Aged 12 months in used barrels plus 3 months in tank without filtration. It presents pale lemon-gold hues, elegant white-flower and citrus aromas, bright minerality, balanced freshness and a long, saline-tinged finish

STORY BEHIND THE LABEL

Domaine Agnès Paquet is a family estate in Meloisey, Burgundy, established in 2000. Covering around 12–13 hectares across Côte de Beaune appellations (Auxey-Duresses, Pommard, Saint-Aubin, Chassagne-Montrachet, etc.), it embraces organic, low-intervention practices, hand-harvests, native yeast fermentations, and minimal new oak to produce precise, terroir-driven wines.
