Yuzushu is a citrussy liqueur made from sake and Japanese yuzu fruit whose flavour is a cross between grapefruit and mandarin oranges. It can be drunk ice-cold like limoncello or used in cocktails as a substitute for triple sec, lemon or lime juice.
