The Prestige Cuvée is only made from exceptionally good vintages, and the 2018 vintage is blended from first pressing biodynamic Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes. It is a dry white sparkling that has been aged in the bottle for four years.

Gold in colour with a fantastic and complex nose displaying almond and brioche notes. The mouthfeel is full bodied with notes of hazlenut and apple crumble.
